what we offer

Our Tick Control Packages

Outdoor Tick Control

Get 2 scheduled tick-control treatments every 90 days. We target leaf litter, shaded landscaping, fence lines and other areas where ticks may wait for people and pets.

Our Method

Our Unique Approach To Tick Control

We take a unique approach to tick control. We arrive to your property and do a perimter spray around the yard, gardens, patios and/or anywhere else that we may find ticks located. Every time you cut your grass or trim your trees, the product we applied disappears. Also, extended periods of rainfall lower the efficacy of the product. Therefore, treating your yard once a year is enough to significantly reduce the tick population in your yard. Learn more about our approach.

INITIAL INSPECTION

A trained specialist will perform an inspection to examine the size of your yard and the density of your foliage through seeing your property on google earth. This step will help us set a final price!

Upon arrival, your technician will also look for signs of ticks or mosquitoes and identify potential breeding grounds.

EXTERIOR TREATMENT

Your technician will then safely treat your entire yard with a tick treatment, targeting trees, bushes, shrubs, and other heavily wooded areas. We’ll then return between Spring and Fall to inspect and treat your yard once again.

Pest Control in Brampton

Professional Tick Control in Brampton

Ticks are blood-feeding arachnids that may attach to people and animals passing through suitable vegetation. They are commonly associated with shaded, humid locations, including leaf litter, shrubs, tall grass, and wooded edges.

Blacklegged ticks are an important concern in Ontario because infected ticks can transmit the bacteria responsible for Lyme disease. American dog ticks may also be encountered in the region. Not every tick carries a pathogen, and professional yard treatment cannot eliminate every possibility of exposure.

Brampton combines established residential neighbourhoods with parks, creek corridors, mature landscaping, and wooded green spaces. Properties bordering these environments may contain vegetation and wildlife activity that contribute to suitable tick habitat.

Mosquito Man’s Brampton treatment approach begins with an assessment of yard size and foliage density. The technician then inspects the property for signs of tick activity and identifies suitable treatment areas.

Exterior treatment may cover the property perimeter, gardens, patios, trees, bushes, shrubs, and heavily wooded areas. Treatment planning reflects the property’s layout, vegetation, and accessibility.

The published Outdoor Tick Control package includes two scheduled treatments at 90-day intervals. The page also describes average treatment performance of approximately three to four weeks and recommends treatments every 21 days during warmer months. Customers should confirm the schedule associated with their selected service.

Professional tick control should be combined with personal prevention measures, including regular tick checks after outdoor activities and veterinarian-recommended protection for pets.

Continue tick awareness during outdoor activities and inspect sheltered vegetation where appropriate.

Active Season

July–August

Tick exposure remains possible in suitable vegetation.
